Pivot Statement

In light of AB 1955 and our commitment to keeping parents at the center of their children’s education, we are transitioning from a traditional 5‑hour school day model to an exempt tutoring structure. This model provides 3 hours of focused instruction per day, 175 days per year, delivered in small cohorts of three students. One cohort meets in the morning and another in the afternoon, hosted in the home of one of the participating families. This approach ensures personalized attention, sustainable pacing, and a learning environment rooted in family partnership, while maintaining compliance with California’s exempt tutoring provisions.
